Evaluation

Anyone can learn a software program or ask an AI chatbot to analyze answers to a survey. My approach to evaluation goes deeper, working closely with nonprofit and for-profit organizations to zero in on what is unique about what they do and how they do it. I am adept at identifying simple solutions to complex problems and helping organizations assess their true impact in order to strengthen it.

I have done evaluation for groups including; Zenni Optical, Alameda County, Oakland Unified School District, and Bay Area nonprofit Youth Radio.
